What To Expect When you call us you will get a price quote and set a date and time for your inspection that fits in with your schedule. We will then notify the seller’s realtor and get permission to perform the inspection. A typical inspection takes about 3 hours. After the inspection you arrive at the house for a meeting at the scheduled time. At this meeting you will review the report and tour the home with the inspector. This is your opportunity to ask any questions you have. Your realtor will then assist you with any requests to the seller. Pictures and illustrations make our report easy to understand. Your inspection fee includes any follow up phone calls.
